Today I’d like to share with you my favorite free online tools I use in my business constantly. If you’re looking for easy solutions to get you started, READ ON!
- Canva – by far my favorite tool for design because it has amazing layouts, free stock photos, custom design options for social media, book covers and lots more….and it’s all free! You can pick some extras if you sign up for the paid plan but honestly, not really necessary. This version will make your life super easy and you will be creating beautiful designs within minutes.
- Mailchimp – to grow my community I love using Mailchimp as it allows you to make beautiful designs and customize everything in your mailings. The latest news is you get to automate your emails in the free plan!!!
- Skype – I use Skype often for my sessions as it’s free and most people have it!
- Zoom – Other than Skype this free app gives you the opportunity to record your sessions and save them as well as hold group classes.
- Setmore scheduler – When I started out I used Setmore for booking and scheduling my sessions. However the downside is that you can’t see the time zone which can create some confusion around the time of the session. Still it looks pretty good, can be embedded to your website as a button or a scheduler, and is somewhat customizable.
- Acuity scheduler – After Setmore I decided to switch to Acuity as it gives lots of options and is quite customizable, has some cool features like intake questionnaires and various integrations. The free version has lots already to get you started (including time zones!). The first paid option is quite affordable and it gives you even more options! Worth looking into.
- Hostinger hosting – The free plan is good enough to get you started and host your website! They have super affordable options for long-term hosting with major discounts and a helpful customer service for any issues you may have. The experience so far has been quite smooth and effortless.
- WordPress – Needless to say I’m a fan of WordPress.org as it gives you a beautiful website and tons of features to make it how you like it!
