Are you one of those people who has so many ideas and wants to do them all??
Or maybe you have so many responsibilities that you put on yourself and you feel like if you don’t do it nobody will (or it won’t be done as you like it / on time / at all)?
Well, first of all take a deep long breath…and breathe out through the mouth fully using a sound AAAAAAAAAH…..
Repeat this two more times…
Ok, once you have released this stuck energy we can move forward.
No matter what is going on in your life remember to breathe.
Secondly, ask yourself – is it truly your job to do everything and / or everything at once? What would happen if you let go of control?
If you are doing everything for everyone, then try to delegate some of the work and allow others to do their part of the job, no matter how imperfect you feel it will be. With time they will learn, give them some time and trust.
If you are trying to follow all of your interests and passions at once then I suggest breaking it down into smaller steps AND focusing on one thing at a time. Seriously, this will help you so much.
When we feel overwhelmed it means that our mind is cluttered and we have too many thoughts on our mind. So it’s important to relieve your mind of this pressure.
Let me share with you a 3 techniques that I have found helpful in these situations!
- Breathwork – I suggest something powerful like the Breath of Fire or Kapalabhati, which helps you clear the mind and detox on all levels. You will feel lighter after this and much more centered.
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping – I recommend Brad Yates and his videos on this topic, and you have a few in my FB group that can help too. This technique will clear your subconscious mind from those overbearing thoughts and your body from stuck energy. Again, the sensation should be similar to lightness and calm after the practice.
- Meditation – Take time to sit in stillness and focus your mind on the breath and relaxing your body. Practicing mindfulness is helpful and simply bringing your awareness into the present moment.

Once you feel calm, star planning your schedule by creating small steps to what you want to achieve and delegate what you can to help you feel like it’s not all on you. Delegate tasks that don’t bring you joy and everything will be much easier.
Good luck!
Wishing you lots of success!
